A. Ali ŞEN graduated from the KOU School of Electrical Engineering. A. Ali ŞEN also completed Marmara University Mechatronics Programs in 2007. Between 2006 and 2008, he attended Siemens Academy Industrial Automation, Machinery, Robotics, and Business Management Certificate Programs. He worked in several managerial positions at Genesis Automation and Otes Electronics. And also he worked as an academician in NanoMedicine & Advanced Technology Research Center at Gazi University, responsible for Robotics & Mechatronics Laboratory.

A. Ali ŞEN founded "Intecro Robotics A.Ş," one of Turkey's most respected Industrial Robotics, Machine, and Industrial Technology companies, in 2010. He is still the Chairman of the Board of Intecro Technology Investment Group Companies and the CEO of Intecro Robotics. He acts as an NGO leader in the fields of robotics and high-tech as a Vice President of the Robot Integrators and High-Tech Manufacturers Association and a Board Member of the Turkish Machinery Exporters' Association

ŞEN worked in the Parliamentary Commission of Occupational Health Research Commission. He mentioned the positive effects of mechanization on worker health for the first time in this commission. Following this study, machinery, and automation solutions were published for the first time as a state report. (2008-2010)

He participated in the Industry and Machinery Sub-Committee of the 11th and 12th Development Plans. ŞEN pioneered defining the national occupational standard "Robotic Systems Operator" in the Vocational Qualifications Authority.

He was a trainer of the trainer in the "Digital Transformation Consultant Training Program" of TÜBİTAK Turkish Management Sciences Institute. He participated in many projects on robotics and additive manufacturing, both nationally and internationally, for the public and private sectors and presented national and international articles and publications.

ŞEN, who provides consultancy to many teachers and technology experts within the scope of do-it-yourself workshops in different cities of Turkey within the area of public interest, also offers professional consultancy on technology communication, robotics, digital transformation, and modern production systems for various sectors.

He has met thousands of university students at 50 events in 7 years and voluntarily mentored students. As a keynote speaker, he contributed to increasing public awareness of robotics, advanced technology, entrepreneurship, and changing world realities via genuine social media programs such as the "Education Club," "Robot Trainer," and "Mind Machine."

He is 40 years old, married, and has 2 children.
