Ali Çavuşoğlu, a member of the TürkTraktör family for 23 years, has taken on different and important roles in industrial business units, logistics, and procurement processes before starting to lead the Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation Unit at the General Directorate as of 2020.

Born in Ankara in 1973, Çavuşoğlu completed his undergraduate studies in business with a focus on social sciences and later completed his master's degree in international marketing. Being successful in becoming an important player in every field of business he touches upon, Çavuşoğlu mentors in entrepreneurship and innovation organizations and undertakes roles as a jury member, ensuring the coordination of TürkTraktör's cultural transformation and growth processes.

Having an advanced level of English proficiency, Çavuşoğlu is married and has two children.
