Graduated from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Electrical Engineering as Bachelor’s and earned his Master of Science Programs between 2006-2008, Alper Bulut started his career at Siemens A.Ş in 2008. Alper Bulut worked as a professional project manager in many projects in the fields of Energy Automation and SCADA.

He became interested in Blockchain in 2016 and started his first crypto investments in 2017. Alper Bulut, who joined the Binance ecosystem as a volunteer Binance Angel in 2019, started working in the Binance family as a Marketing and community manager in 2020.

Having an active role in the establishment of Binance TR, Alper continues to work for the growth and adoption of the ecosystem with the motivation of “my hobby is my job”.
