Dr. E. Serdar GÖKPINAR holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Technology Management. Between 1996 and 2011, he worked as a researcher, executive and group coordinator of various R&D projects at TÜBİTAK-SAGE, respectively. Between 2012 and 2018, he served as TUSAŞ-TAI Technology Management Manager and Combat Aircraft Director. He still continues to work as a researcher, consultant and lecturer in the fields of R&D, Technology and Innovation Management, especially at TTGV and METU.
