With more than 25 years of work experience in the telecommunications, automotive, public sector and wood-based composites industries, Dr. Güler has nearly 20 years of management and leadership experience.

•National Coordinator of the 7th Framework Program and Head of Science, Technology and Innovation Policies Department at TUBITAK,
•General Secretary at Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry,
•Global Business Planning and Innovation Director at Kastamonu Entegre.

Dr. Güler represented Türkiye in the policy-making processes related to innovation policies in international governance structures such as EU Commission, United Nations and OECD.

Working at Kastamonu Entegre for more than 8 years, Dr. Güler is leading the innovation transformation in a traditional sector company with the motto "Innovation does not need supermen, but voltrans".

Kastamonu Entegre’s innovation approach received 4 awards in the last 1 year. Five new business models emerged from the Intrapreneurship Program, which started in 2018, two of which are still growing exponentially.

Dr. Hüseyin Güler, who has a PhD in innovation policies from METU, gives speeches in the field of innovation management and writes articles encouraging innovative thinking.

As the TTGV Climate Technologies Ambassador, Hüseyin Güler also works to raise awareness of technologies that focus on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and the effects of global warming.
