Erdem Lafcı graduated from the Computer Engineering Department of Hacettepe University and has been working in the field of mobile technologies for over 15 years.

In 2014, he took the first step in his entrepreneurship career by establishing APPS company. After realizing many different mobile application projects, especially for corporate firms and defense industry, with his team, he completely shifted the focus of his company to mobile gaming in 2018. The APPS team has reached millions of users worldwide by publishing successful games such as A Word, Trivia Race, and Fashion Battle.

Together with his partners, he established BarakaTech in 2018 and continues to work in the Blockchain and Fintech fields, developing global products in these areas.

In addition to his entrepreneurship career, Erdem Lafcı continues to contribute to the entrepreneurial ecosystem, especially in technology, with his various investments, as well as actively working with many communities, associations, and non-governmental organizations, mentoring many teams in the fields of mobile technologies and entrepreneurship and sharing his experiences.
