Ezgi Akkaya, who studied at Gazi University Computer and Instructional Technologies Department, started her blockchain career by establishing the blockchain community at her school. He worked on many projects in various fields of the blockchain ecosystem such as editorial, marketing, developer, social media. Ezgi Akkaya, who is currently the director of Respect TR Women Crypto Assets and Blockchain Community, provides training to women in smart contract development, on-chain analysis and blockchain, and mentors many students.

He continues his career as a full stack developer and blockchain developer in a Turkish software company. Ezgi Akkaya, who is at the Turkish Red Crescent blockchain workshop, produces projects at the workshop called "Use of Blockchain for Earthquake Victims". Akkaya, who is devoted to the field of cryptology, works as an on-chain analyst and chief of staff at Respect Trade Crypto Assets and Blockchain Community.
