Since 2013 Rory NUIJENS works as Innovation Attaché at the Dutch Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The Innovation Attaché is part of the Netherlands Innovation Network (NIN). The primary focus of the NIN is to promote innovation in the Netherlands, and it does so by supporting and connecting Dutch entrepreneurs, knowledge institutions and businesses with knowledge, funding, and international networks.
